Contello provides access to digital products and online services, which are generally non-tangible and non-returnable. However, we value transparency and fairness, and we offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You were incorrectly charged due to a technical or billing error.
You experienced a critical technical issue that prevented access to the purchased service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time (typically 3–5 business days).
You were charged after canceling a recurring subscription (see section 3).
You made a duplicate payment in error.
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not yet used the core features of the product or service.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Lack of usage or user error (e.g., not logging in or forgetting to cancel).
Partial subscription periods (e.g., canceling in the middle of a month).
Services that have already been significantly consumed or downloaded.

We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card provider, or payment gateway.
Some processing fees (e.g., credit card or international transfer fees) may be non-refundable depending on your provider.
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within 14 days unless you consent to immediate access or consumption of the service.
By purchasing from Contello, you acknowledge that access is granted immediately, and you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy, fraud, or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
